My brother’s house was not being maintained and needed carpet, paint, and thorough cleaning. As well as outside yard maintenance and needed a new roof.
Besides the emotional aspect of cleaning out my brother’s house, Sandi was so helpful to me pointing out what needed to be done to get the house sold. Sandi jumped right in and started painting the entire inside of the house, she ordered the carpet, arranged for a roofer. Sandi did lot of the cleaning. After all that was done and the house was on the market, she was helping with raking leaves this fall, and this house had a lot of trees shedding their leaves.
Sandi kept me informed with any showings, market issues, and what next steps to take in a slow housing market.
