The moment my husband and I met her, I felt at ease and knew that I wanted to work with her — we had our condo to sell. Once we told her that, she came by to our home with an analysis of our neighborhood and what to expect. She is very thorough and so knowledgeable! Cari understood all the constraints I was under, including minimizing my trips to Olympia, not spending too much to fix up the house, getting the house emptied, shipping some items to NY, etc. It fell on her to keep an eye on the estate sale, donation, house and carpet cleaning, etc., and she was very reliable and very helpful when I was not around. He is through, candid, ethical and "really good". He goes above and beyond what the typical realtor would do regarding ,not only the transaction, but help and support with technical, regulatory, and improvement issues.
