I just so happened to find Roberta through wanting to view a home she had listed and she offered to show it to us since we didn’t have a realtor ourselves. The moment my husband and I met her, I felt at ease and knew that I wanted to work with her — we had our condo to sell. Once we told her that, she came by to our home with an analysis of our neighborhood and what to expect. She is very thorough and so knowledgeable!
She was able to find a buyer without even listing our home and having to deal with showings, since at the time I was heavily pregnant and caring for a toddler. Once that deal was completed, she showed us other homes and eventually helped us secure a spot in a new construction neighborhood in an ideal location. She also provided us with recommendations for contractors, plumbers, and home inspectors to make sure we were being serviced by top notch professionals. That was much appreciated, as everyone knows, since it’s quite the daunting task.
Fast forward two and a half years, we’ve received orders and need to quickly sell our new home. Roberta, again, came over with an analysis and a game plan to sell. The overall process was so easy and since we are Covid-times, she helped calm my fears with showings by making sure to provide items to protect ourselves and potential buyers when entering our home.
